Singian Law was founded in 2007 by Lizelle Singian Brandt. Ms. Brandt handles consumer litigation, class action litigation, employment, music, entertainment, fashion, sports, intellectual property, estate, and business legal matters.

Ms. Brandt is an experienced civil and criminal trial lawyer who has helped her clients obtain millions of dollars in jury verdicts and arbitration and successful defense awards. She’s been called a “pit bull when it comes to representing her clients – just relentless,” by one of her clients. She has handled disputes arising out of contract claims, consumer law, employment law violations, false advertising, negligence, property damage, copyright, trademark, trade secret, first amendment, cyber harassment, sexual harassment, defamation, unauthorized use of name or likeness, business, and personal injury matters. She has also prosecuted crimes for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Brandt also represents clients in the negotiation of music, entertainment, sports, fashion, media, business, and personal agreements, and the preparation of copyright and trademark filings, as well as estate plans.

Ms. Brandt has been interviewed by Good Morning America and CBS Mornings, as well as by national and industry-focused publications, regarding some of the class action matters Singian Law has handled over the years.

An avid college football fan, Ms. Brandt has also contributed as a video and print reporter and legal expert for USC sports magazine WeAreSC.com, covering the USC Trojans.
